The lodge itself consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with a walk in shower and 2 bedrooms with king size beds.
Mulberry Lodge has just undergone a full refurbishment, offering all fixtures, fittings and interior at the highest of standards. The interior design oozes luxury and offers pure comfort for the duration of your stay.
The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and an Air fryer.
Following on from the kitchen, you will find a dining table with seating for 4 guests. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.
The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart 50 inch Tv.
Heading into the bathroom, you will find a lovely modern tiled walk in shower.
The outside space really offers the WOW factor for your stay.
This stunning area offers a spacious decked area, offering magnificent lake views. A luxury 4 seater hot tub, with a floral ceiling, bar area and barstools. There is a fire pit and 2x comfortable tub chairs to enjoy on those colder evenings. You will also find a spacious undercover area, with a comfortable seating area, full size pool table, wall mounted dart board and surrounding light. Surface space with a Ninja Woodfire BBQ Grill and undercounter fridge for your use. Plus a selection of games for the perfect entertainment on your break away.
The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, along side being just a 15 minute drive away from York’s Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.
A few things to note –
The lodge comes equipped with free WIFI for the duration of your stay.
Highchairs, Travel Cots and Ironing Facilities can be provided upon request.
Smoking is permitted on the decking area but cigarettes must be disposed of correctly to avoid charges.
Special packages are available at an extra cost, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries etc
